Ronald Rodriguez, JD/MBA, University of San Francisco:

I have always been fascinated by the intertwining of commerce and the law. Through my formal education and work experience, I have tailored a unique understanding of how business associations navigate regulatory systems. My writing incorporates current technology and its legal implications, but also historical references to better understand current events. My areas of interests include emerging companies, technology transactions, data privacy, finance, and securities, all in the context of financial technology--hence the blog.
